Hi All,
Thanks to Lutz suggestion on the urlencode, the code is working now.
I did not use the session handling as it's a whole new concept which I don't really need at this point. Furthermore, I am not really familiar with it.
Anyway, here is my solution - quite simple...:)
$sqlstmt = urlencode($sqlstmt) (before my db-browsing)
.
.
$sqlstmt = urldecode($sqlstmt) (before my next mysql_query)

echo " <a href=\"sresults.php3?sqlstmt=$sqlstmt&CR=$CR&RL=$y\">[Next]</a>"; Doing$sqlstmt = urlencode($sqlstmt)befor this echo protects the variable in the url.
