interbase error

Hi all,
I have a minor problem with interbase startup. Here is the session
as user 'interbase' on a solais (sparc 7) box using IB6
the following env are set
INTERBASE=/user/interbase
ISC_USER=SYSDBA
ISC_PASSWORD=masterkey
bash-2.03$ ./ibmgr -start -forever
check $INTERBASE/interbase.log file for errors
can not start server
bash-2.03$ tail $INTERBASE/interbase.log
mhz (Server) Wed Oct 18 10:22:35 2000
SERVER/process_packet: connection rejected for interbase
mhz (Server) Wed Oct 18 10:22:35 2000
SERVER/process_packet: connection rejected for interbase
mhz (Server) Wed Oct 18 10:22:35 2000
SERVER/process_packet: connection rejected for interbase
But the server starts up fine and I can connect to it using 'isql'. What
is wrong here ? how to get rid of this error mesg ?
