I recently installed PHP4 on Windows 2000. Also, I'm running Apache and Oracle 8i on this server. My php scripts run fine until the while...fetch statement is executed using OCI. There, it generates an error message "...could not read memory". When I click OK the test of the page load OK with the results fetched out of the database. Is anyone else experiencing this with PHP4 Win32? My code sample is attached bellow: ---------------------------------- <?php /* OCIDefineByPos example */ $conn = OCILogon("scott","tiger","w2k1"); $stmt = OCIParse($conn,"select empno, ename from emp"); /* the Define must be done before OCIExecute */ OCIDefineByName($stmt, "EMPNO", &$empno); OCIDefineByName($stmt, "ENAME", &$ename); OCIExecute($stmt); // start results formatting echo "<TABLE BORDER=1>"; echo "<TR> <TH>EMPNO</TH> <TH>ENAME</TH> </TR> "; // format results by row echo "<TR>"; while (OCIFetch($stmt)) { echo "<TD>empno: ".$empno."\n</TD>"; echo "<TD>ename: ".$ename."\n</TD>"; echo "</TR>"; } echo "</TABLE>"; OCIFreeStatement($stmt); OCILogoff($conn); ?> ------------------------------------------------ __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
