Is there any way to control where the a new row is added to a table.
eg/
table NEWS
newsID Name Description Editor
1 Dan Testing Dan
Editor
2 Jacob User Jacob
User
No just say I want to insert a new row inbetween these two is my statement
going to be someting like this:
INSERT INTO news (Name, Description, Editor) VALUES ('$name',
'$description', '$editor') AFTER row_1 ?????????
I need help. thanks
