If you're having trouble connecting to postgres in this environment, I've
posted a bug and workaround at http://bugs.php.net/bugs.php?id=7381
Environment
-----------
PHP 4.0.3pl1, PHP 4.0.2 (tried both)
OpenBSD 2.7
Apache 1.3.12 (that ships with OpenBSD 2.7) (with SSL)
Postgres 7.0.2
Browsing from:
Windows 2000
Internet Explorer 5.0
Netscape Communicator 4.75
Cheers,
Mike
