PHP4 TNS Problems

Hello everyone--
I'm having a little problem connecting to Oracle using PHP 4.0.3pl1. The
error message I get is as follows:
Warning: _oci_open_server: ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve service name in
c:\Files\htdocs/directory_add/add.php3 on line 42
I've checked my tnsnames.ora file and the database I'm trying to connect to
is in that file. I'm also dynamically loading the php_oci8.dll file if it
is not already loaded. I've also tried connecting to other databases which
are in my tnsnames.ora file and I get the same error. Any suggestions on
what I should do next?
