Hi,
What is the best solution to convert text at my database to html? The comment on htmlentities on
php.net says that htmlentities doesn't work with every browser.
How about changing all "strange" characters with the ascii value. For example
"è" would become è instead of è
Which one is more standard (more browser can identify this) è or è
Anyone have ideas about this??
