The problem is in using POST METHOD, because some browsers (versions)
will not repost data to server without explicit request (like refresh).
Solution is to use GET METHOD (in FORM tag) only if you don't send some
big data blocks (for most Web servers over 4096 bytes). If you do the
only solution is (like mine when I'm sending some law files that have to
be inserted into DB) to create your application to avoid back use (i
removed Back button from browser).
