hi,
thanks to all those who helped me in my previous
queries regarding oracle. im presently holding a
migration project that requires me to migrate all php
scripts using mysql to oracle in a tight deadline, and
im an oracle newbie having worked mostly on mysql :)
just one more query and i can go smoothly with most of
the work:
* In oracle, how do i make select return a range of N
rows starting from an offset row A? In mysql, to get
10 rows starting at row 5, i do:
select <field list> from <table> where <condition>
order by <order_field> asc limit 4,10;
thanks for any help, i really appreciate it.
omar
