Have anyone had anyone have problems with being able to connect to a Access
DB
fine, but not 'see' anything? I changed my setup (Win2000 to Linux) which
WAS working fine, and now the whole thing doesn't seem to work.
Setup:
PHP 4.0.3sp1 (+Apache 1.3.12) -> Openlink (redhat) ->
Openlink (win98) -> Access97 MDB
No errors are in the logs; no warnings produced anywhere.
openlink's odbctest program [on linux machine] can read data FINE ...
SQL statements all seem to work perfecltly.
PHP can odbc_connect() fine, but all other functions - table 'width' (number
of columns etc), SELECT queries etc all are "successful" (ie, dont produce
errors or warnings), but don't return anything - i have a 20,000 row table
which strangely is completely empty to PHP :(
Any ideas?
Strangely, the code I use works fine on this previous setup:
[Win2000 machine]
PHP403sp1 (IIS 5.0)->Openlink DSN->Access DSN -> Access2000 MDB
