Try using <meta http-equiv="Refresh" content="0;URL=http://othersite.com/">,
there might be other soutions specific for Microsoft PWS 1.0, you need to
find the equivalent function in asp(?) to Header(). The
"Location:http://othersite.com/" in your header
example is part of the http
protocol, so it will work anywhere, except you need to find the name of the
function you have to use with MS PWS 1.0 to insert that command into the http
stream.
