You should double check the end form tag </form> because it stands just 12 lines under the begining, also you hidden input aren't in the form. So it's the reason why the data aren't posted. Or the other possibility is that you have two forms in your document, but the second form isn't closed due to the parse error. BTW I find it more clear to have just one form for all the data. bye
