That's not an awful lot to go off of.. I'm assuming the actual newsletter is already produced probably in a PDF?
Are you looking to e-mail it out?
Post it to a website?
Get e-mail addresses to e-mail it to?
Get postal addresses to postal mail it to?
More info I think would definitely help.
