I have 2 problems with oracle connection.
1. Everytime when I execute a SQL statement, it commits regardless
of OCI_DEFAULT in OCIExecute().
Is there anything I can do to prevent automatic commit.
2. What is persistant connection ?
I found that there is no difference between OCILogon(),OCINLogon(),
and OCIPLogon(). Disconnection is automatic when it executes a script.
