Thsi produced at least some more detailed error codes. I came accross
something called two_task, and set up this environemnt variable as well.
Nothing seemed to happen.
Finally I put the environment thingies into the apache startup script (a
thing I had tried not to do until then because of various reasons).
And now it works - it really works!
