I just install the PHP3 under WIN98, and I still had used oracle7.3 on this computer, my web server is Apache 1.3.12, It is no problem to connect with Oracle. But you should modify php3.ini, uncomment or add a line: extension=php3_oci73.dll in [Windows Extensions] block. And be sure you had this dll file under your php home directory. And this is my tiny experience, but I can say php3 can connnect to Oracle at least. About PHP4, you cannot find the associated dll on php official web site directly, so you must down the source code and compiled for yourself. I have no time to do that, if you have chance to do it, you'd better share the binary code on the net, I know many people need them. I say THANK YOU first! Good luck!
