I have set up some static pages with information on the MySQL dialect of SQL. The URL is
www.clark.net/bobhall/MySQL/Index_to_mysql.html
The SQL page offers some cookbook style solutions to specific SQL problems, and the troubleshooting page offers tips on possible causes of certain problems that occur in SQL statements. All solutions and troubleshooting tips are based on problems posted to the MySQL mailing list, in hopes of limiting the pages to information that will actually be useful to someone. However, neither page is very big, so there's no guarantee that I can offer a solution to your problem. The pages will get bigger over time as I collect more solutions and tips.
