If you installed MySQL into the default directory that it suggested in its
setup program, then C:\mysql\bin\mysql.exe is the command line interface.
That's where you can enter SQL commands to create databases and such. I
was using it so often that I created a shortcut on my desktop to it.
Speaking of which, I find that W9x/MySQL/Apache/PHP/WinCVS is a
****FANTASTIC**** development environment! Of course, all my projects are
all in CVS on one of our linux servers, so all the developers can work on
the projects simultaneously. But with the W9x/MySQL/Apache/PHP/WinCVS
environment, one doesn't have to be connected to the internet AT ALL to
work on a project (only to update/commit to CVS). I develop strictly and
only on my laptop now (although technically the only time it is not
connected to the internet when in transit between work & home).
