We have a switched network for intranet so do not
worry about security of IP link between PHP database call and
the computer with the database server mySQL.
However we want to make links on an extranet and thus require a
secure link to the mySQL system.
Is there any way to establish a
SSH like link using say two sun
systems or between a sun and a NT system ( database on NT )?
Thanks
