Linux, Oracle, Apache with PHP module core dumps

I compiled the PHP module with Oracle support (./configure withapxs
with-oracle=Oraclehomedir). I set the LD_LIBRARAY_PATH in the
rc.init/httpd file. to prevent the load error in the PHP module.
But now when I run the httpd I get a core dump without any error
messages in the error_log.
Any suggestions?
