Hi there:
I am using php4 with mysql version 3.22.32.
I was wondering if:
A. Someone could reccomend a good text (preferably online) on database
architecture (preferably to basic-ish level)
or -
B: Someone could explain how one can get more out of the database
hierarchy, that is:
database > table > columns(fields)
I have a database I wish to fill with sports, and each sport is to have
a calendar, a contact and a facility takeup.
Each calendar is to have an id, a date, event, contact and a description
Each Contact should have a name, a telephone no. and an email address
etc etc I hope you get the picture...
At the moment comparing the data I need an the arhitecture described I
can only have a database with sports. Each sport having a calendar, and
contact detaild etc, but no specifics for calendar, contacts,
facilities etc.
If anyone out there has come across info on this topic, I shold be most
grateful to receive it.
Kind regards:
