You'll have a tough time running that particular SQL statement through anything. PostgreSQL allows subselects, but not that one! As far as what particular features MySQL doesn't have, you'll probably want to read the (excellent) MySQL documentation. Specifically look into Chapter 5 of their online manual. http://web.mysql.com/Manual_chapter/manual_Compatibility.html#Compatibility should help you out a lot with that question.
