If he is using MySQL there are two ways that come to mind 1. Export from excel as CSV and use phpMyAdmin to import via web browser 2. Export from excel as CSV and use a "load data" query in a shell script to pass through on the command line to MySQL I use the second option to update the products on a ecommerce site at 2:30am each day, only the CSV is exported from a CS3 server rather than Excel Works very well.
