I don't think it can be done.
If the machines are near each other, you might consider creating a
separate network between the web servers and the database server. Do
not connect this network to the Internet, and don't allow any of the
web servers to forward packets.
This keeps all Interne traffic away from the database server, at least
until someone hacks one of your web servers.
