This could be one of several things.
The user you have (or havn't) set up doesn't have the right permissions
to query your database. So set one up using
mysql>GRANT ,SELECT,INSERT,UPDATE
mysql>ON 'database name'
mysql>TO username@host
mysql>IDENTIFIED BY PASSWORD 'your password'
mysql>FLUSH PRIVILEGES;
To try and elicit more help, I would suggest you start off every
request for help by stating you platform, and versions of software that
you are using.
