Well, if it says that it's looking for it in /etc/httpd/modules then it's
obviously not looking in /home/db2inst1/sqllib/lib, eh?
Try a symlink...
"ln -s /home/db2inst1/sqllib/lib/libdb2.so.1
/etc/httpd/modules/libphp4.so/libdb2.so.1"
Or copy the library.
Or I think you can add a line into /etc/ld.so.conf too.
