Hey there.
I need to extract a table in my db where users have registrered some
information about themselves. Now I need to extract these tables so some of
the employees here can use them in Excel...
How do I do this?

What is the minimun capacity a web server should have on it`s internet line
out?????
considering the traffic will be VERY low. About 10 sites with maybe 30 - 50
000 p.w. a month?
Any good suggestions?
