PHP Bug Type: Documentation problem
Bug description:
Using the Win32 3.0.3 compiled version, I have a hard time discovering which functions are in the
base PHP function set and which functions are in separately loadable libraries, and what name the
libary in question has.
Should this (in an ideal world) not be split in the docs?
(Easy to ask, I know...)
