PHP Bug Type: Compile Failure
Bug description: cannot compile apache with php/mysql
./configure --with-mysql=../mysql-3.21.30/ --with-apache=../apache_1.3.9/ --enable-track-vars

./configure --prefix=/www --activate-module=src/modules/php4/libphp4.a
...

I am able to compile apache with php when I don't use with-mysql!!
