Dear SIR:
I am a senior software engineer in SYSCOM.
I write a php odbc driver for users to connect to our database,
which
is "DBMaker", and I want to publish/distribute so that users can find
this driver when they use our database.
First, can I publish/distribute this driver?
Second, if the answer is YES, then, what should I do?
