Bug description: Cannot get accents form MSSQL7.0 TEXT
When I try to get a character form an nvarchar field,
if the character has an accent, I will get garbage.
I use win95/php3.0.11/mssql7.0
my mssql is configured for the ISO 8859-1 charset
