PHP Bug Type: Compile Failure
Bug description: lcg module makefile broken
When rebuilding PHP4 it stops when it attempts to build the lcg module with
the following message:
Making all in lcg
make[2]: Entering directory `/root/cvs/php4/ext/lcg'
make[2]: *** No rule to make target
lcg.c', needed by lcg.o'. Stop.
make[2]: Leaving directory `/root/cvs/php4/ext/lcg'
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1

make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
