Still doesn't work for me. :( my php3.ini still contains magic_quotes = on and, once disabled, can't be reenabled. I disable it here: http://magnat.astrive.com/test.php3 And I can't enable it again here: http://magnat.astrive.com/test/test.php3 The test.php3 contains: <? print ".htaccess in this directory"; print "<PRE>"; ReadFile(".htaccess"); print "</PRE>"; phpinfo(); ?> I don't have an idea what I'm doing wrong.
