PHP Bug Type: Misbehaving function
Bug description: setlocale() dosn't work
try to test
<?
$str = setlocale("LC_ALL","ru_SU");
echo $str;
$p = 1.5 / 0.2;
echo $p;
?>
test correctly work with locale "C",
but incorrect with "da_DK" also.
