Hi,
I was looking at the dl() function, and I noticed it is automatically
switched off when in safe mode. I can imagine that an ISP want's to disable
loading modules in PHP for certain virtual-hosts without running in safe
mode. (We want to, for example :) Any objection to adding an extra
config-switch?
