PHP Bug Type: Installation problem
Bug description: Fails to load php4isapi.dll
Win32 Binary distribution NT WS + SP 5 + PWS
Following the instructions from Zeev installed PHP as ISAPI filter (instlled php4isapi.dll in
winnt/system32/inetsrv, and other dlls in winnt/system32.
Use ISM to define ISAPI filter for WWW Service (edit master properties and filter. stop - start
service and complete system reboot always result for php4isapi.dll as red downarrow for status,
priority *unknown* status: not loaded.
