Bug description: php4ts.dll missing procedure entry point

PHP 4.0b3dev for win32
Any file with the php3 extension gives an NT error:
php.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point _php3_addslashes could not be
located in the dynamic link library php4ts.dll
