PHP Bug Type: Compile Failure
Bug description: mod_php4.c references undefined function.
In mod_php4.c, function "php_type_checker"
calls "dav_api_set_request_handler" which is not yet defined.
Suggest that the type-checking is commented out to allow
make to proceed unobstructed.
