Bug description: make fatal error
Make fails when configured --with-ldap:
./configure \
--with-mysql \
--with-oracle \
--with-apache \
--with-mcrypt \
--with-mhash \
--enable-track-vars
ldap.c:70: `php3_ldap_close' undeclared here (not in a function)
ldap.c:70: initializer element is not constant
ldap.c:70: (near initialization for `ldap_functions[1].handler')

make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `ldap.o'
Current working directory /opt/build/php4/php-4.0b2/ext/ldap

php-3.0.12 compiles just fine with ldap, oracle, mhash, mcrypt, and apache.
