PHP version: 3.0.1
PHP Bug Type: Other
Bug description:
I enabled the SAFE MODE for php in
httpd.conf, but filesystem functions
like unlink, touch, mkdir, rmdir,... still work
so if I allow users to write php in their pages
they might destroy my web tree.
