Bug description: install-windows95-nt.html does not agree with inf file
install-windows95-nt.html says:
Highlight the new key command and in the right side pane, double click the "default value"
and enter the path to php.exe. ex: c:\php3\php.exe -q %1.
The inf file contains this:
HKCR,"phpfile\Shell\open\command","",0,"C:php3\php.exe %1"
Is the "-q" parameter missing from the install file?
Does it matter?
