PHP Bug Type: Installation problem
Bug description: Failed to extract php-3_0_11-win32.zip file
php-3_0_11-win32.zip was dwonloaded successfully(size 1,068KB WinZip File).
When extracting inti my c:\php3 directory, error coms up as:
"Cannot openfile: it does not appear to be a valid archive."
