I have seen now problems before and after. I don't have any problems
with my private installation of DocBook 3.1 some months ago. I have
really checked this today at work with a RH 6.0 and at home with a new
Debian system. No errors and warnings.
The "OMITTAG YES" error is a curious error. If it works then let it be
"YES". It it doesn't work, say "NO".
