PHP Bug Type: Compile Failure
Bug description: can't compile with oracle and oci enabled
After running configure --with-oracle --with-oci8 I was unable to compile the ext/oracle and
ext/oci8 dirs. The include paths for the various
oracle and oci header files were not included in the Makefiles for the ext/oracle and ext/oci8 dirs.
There should be 3 directories included in the include paths
$ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/demo
$ORACLE_HOME/network/public
$ORACLE_HOME/plsql/public
The oracle sections will not build without those included.
