Sure there is. An Apache 'make install' will create
$(root)$(includedir)/xml and copy all the xml header files to there.
Here is the line from the Apache Makefile:
$(CP) $(TOP)/$(SRC)/lib/expat-lite/*.h $(root)$(includedir)/xml/
