PHP Bug Type: Reproduceable crash
Bug description: Fatal Error in PHP KIlls Apache
The following error in PHP 4.0 is causing the main apache process to die, effectively shutting down
HTTPD.
According to PHP error log the error is the following:
PHP Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in [no active file] on line 0
