yes, just compuile apache 1.3.9 with apxs support
then build php3 and php4 (both latest CVS)
with --enable-versioning=yes --with-apxs=/usr/local/sbin/apxs
and the other parameters you need....
they works fine on my freebsd 3.3 system
ps: you need php3 from cvs 'cause php3.0.12 does not have versioning support
