problem with latest php3 CVS?

Did something break in the php3 CVS between this afternoon and tonight?
I'm trying to rebuild on RH 5.2 with Colin's commit ;) and I'm getting
this:
(With apache 1.3.4)
make: *** No rule to make target `/opt/include/gd.h', needed by
functions/pdf.o
'. Stop.
If I delete the "/opt/include/gd.h" and "/opt/include/gd_io.h" from
the Makefile pdf.o will build but then it encounters more header
files supposed to be in /opt/include:
/opt/include/ucd-snmp/asn1.h
etc.
(please cc or reply direct, I'm not on php3-dev, thanks)
