Old? The manual was updated at Aug 26 by Jim. If you want to read a
newer one, read the PDF PHP manual. It was compiled at Nov 3. I do
allways a proper ./configure to get the actual date in.
It is not optimal, but I have gotten some response from the docbook
mailing list. If you look at them, you can notice missing links in 'see
also' paragraphs within the function reference.
If you look at the November stats, you can see the PDF manual within the
"Top 10 of 4337 Total URL's By KBytes".
I would be happy, if the manual could be published by 'Books on Demand'.
I know IBM have a machine for that purpose. If you feed this machine
with a PostScript file, you will get a book at the end of the process.
Right now it will have 1002 pages.
To make a PostScript file from the SGML sources is very easy for me.
