"zlib" doesn't come before "datetime".
"Compression Functions", however, comes before both "Database
(dbm-style) abstraction layer functions" and "Date and Time
functions". I'm alphabetizing based on what the reader actually sees.
Seemed more important than keeping the SGML source alphabetized.
